Student Prospectus & Handbook with application Proforma for Entrance Test can be had from any IGNOU centre against Rs. 500/- in cash if collected in person, or 550/- by way of DD if reqired by post.

Eligibility Condition:

1. Working full-time Graduate teachers, temporaty/ permanent with atleast two years of experience
2. Qualification in the Entrance test to be held on 17 August, 2008
